After your intake call and payment, your Decode My Risk Session is scheduled. Upload any records you have to our HIPAA-compliant platform, and we'll order any additional testing for you to complete at your convenience.

In person or virtually, we review your labs, imaging, and the AHA Life's Crucial 9 risk-factor framework in detail. You leave with a precision report and a clear plan you can act on — most people share it with their PCP. Continuing with Reset or Executive is optional.
